The reception desk handles requests, reservations and billing of guest rooms, seminar rooms, events and much more. As a contact, the reception is available to our guests for all questions and concerns regarding their stay. In addition, our receptionists coordinate the processes with the cleaning, kitchen and facility management teams.

For SOS Children's Villages, the reception also handles additional tasks, such as the administration of the worldwide employee awards and the Hermann Gmeiner Award and Helmut Kutin Award, and supports the management as well as the areas of education and SOS archives.
