My love of the sea and my enthusiasm for sailing have become my philosophy of life, which guides the way I behave in every aspect of my life: to experience yourself as a part of a greater whole, to be prepared for anything at any time, to formulate goals, to set courses, and to reach them, even when sailing into the wind, through the interaction of various forces.
